Willy is a machine. He handles requests with diligence and haste, and he radiates the impression that no task is beyond him, that if you can think it, he can do it. It seems almost inhuman how quickly he is able to deliver results. Willy has impressed me time and time again with his extensive skill set and his overwhelming list of certifications. He has a fundamental understanding of many languages, including C#, Java, Perl, and Python; Aside from just being able to churn out tons of code at phenomenal speed, he can read others' code as though he were reading a novel, knowing exactly the purpose and, more importantly, the flaws and errors of what he reads. He has built an awesome infrastructure here, including 2 fully redundant server rooms and a COLO from scratch, 4 websites, 4 applications (2 for mac and 2 for PC), 6 mobile apps, and a data recovery mechanism that has saved me countless times.
